Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HVACPRO360 ("HVACPRO360," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, create an account, place an order, or contact us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, company name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, account credentials, order details, and messages you send to us. Our payment processors collect payment-card information needed to process a transaction; HVACPRO360 does not receive or store full payment-card numbers when those processors handle payment.

We also collect information generated by your use of the Site, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referral information, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers. We may receive delivery status, fraud-prevention information, or order-related information from service providers that help us fulfill an order.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information to operate the Site; create and administer accounts; process payments, orders, returns, and deliveries; provide customer support; communicate about orders and service updates; prevent fraud and protect the security of our systems; comply with legal obligations; and improve our products, services, and Site.

We may send marketing communications only where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Opting out does not stop transactional communications about orders, accounts, or security.

HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate our business, including to payment processors, shipping carriers, technology and hosting providers, customer-support providers, and professional advisers. These providers may use personal information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may also disclose personal information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, protect the rights, safety, or property of HVACPRO360 and others, prevent fraud, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember cart and preference information, help secure the Site, and understand how the Site is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent some Site features, including sign-in, shopping-cart, or checkout features, from working correctly.

SECURITY AND MASSACHUSETTS RESIDENTS

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Massachusetts law requires businesses that own or license personal information about Massachusetts residents to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature and scope of the business and the information at issue. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we learn of a security breach involving personal information, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law. For Massachusetts residents, this includes notice to affected residents and the appropriate Massachusetts authorities as required by Massachusetts General Laws chapter 93H. If a Social Security number is compromised, applicable law may also require credit-monitoring services.

RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, complete transactions, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify information when reasonably practicable.

YOUR CHOICES AND REQUESTS

You may update certain account information through your account. Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may retain information where required or permitted by law.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for business and adult users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
